With accolades including 5 original ARIA chart hits, dozens of ARIA chart remixes (including a 1), an ARIA Gold / 1 chart Ministry Of Sound Mix CD, remixing and be remixed by artists like Dizzee Rascal, Sharam Jey, Micky Slim, Riva Starr, Black Noise, Malente, Sidney Samson, his music is played by all the worlds top DJ’s and he is currently signed to Ministry Of Sound’s Soapbox Agency, trying to fit Piper’s achievements onto a single page is like trying to squeeze a fat girl onto the back of your cycle.

As a DJ himself, Piper doesn’t care for genre’s but some call it house, some electro, some rave, some urban, some noise, some dubstep, some bassline, some baltimore, some garage, some tech, some disco.. they are all right in some way and it’s wrapped and folded with an streetwise edge and labelled The Freshness!.. that’s the package served up to music savvy clubbers every week at Australia’s A-List of clubs and see’s Tom visit multiple venues in Asia on the regular with his sets made up of exclusive material & re-edits.

Whether he’s handling business as a label manager (his day job), getting fresh in the studio or rocking out in a club, Tom Piper is undoubtedly one of the most diverse and energetic freshmakers making his mark on the worldwide music landscape today.

Who are your musical idols and inspirations?

Im inspired by all the talented guy and girls I work with in the studio day in day out and they are my musical idols too! Peep all the new tunes coming up with Marvin Priest, Cassie Davis, Snob Scrilla, Tommy Trash & More!

Favourite club to do a set and why?

I like playing at all the clubs I play at in Sydney usuals, otherwise I wouldn’t play at them! I could mention some I DON’T like.. But I wont hhaha

Favourite gig you've played to date?

My year 10 formal!

We plan to break into your car - what can we expect to find in your CD player?

I just sold my car, so good luck!! ha

Is getting laid a big part of being a DJ?

Is that a spelling error and you meant getting paid? if so yes..

One record you're embarrassed to admit you own?

Mmmmm I don’t think I got anything im embarrassed of.. I got NKOTB on vinyl.. But that is shiz ok with me :D

The weirdest thing a fan has ever done?

I cant think of anything straight up for me but one cassie’s fans got cassie’s signature tattooed to her arm!

One thing you're willing to confess to your fellow Munkys?

A beetroot and avocado sandwich is my fav thing from Fresca.
