Ron Carroll is a Chicago-based singer, songwriter, producer/remixer. and well respected DJ. Primarily known on the global house music circuit, Ron has worked with many of the world's most famous producers such as Bob Sinclar, E-Smoove, Maurice Joshua & Hardsoul.
Ron is currently actively producing other artists such as female singers the legendary CeCe Peniston, Mona Lisa (“Dancin”), Lex Empress (“Boyz”) & Swaylo (“Heartbeat”). All tracks are currently being signed to major european labels. Watch out for these club bangers! Ron has also collaborated with Bob Sinclair & Axwell on ‘What a wonderful world’ which will be released on Axtone & Soulfuric and is set to be a huge release for all involved.

My music is Fun, entertaining & full of life. It makes you smile

Who are your musical idols and inspirations?

Funny enough. I don’t have any. I just really respect people who are able to survive in this industry, and touch so many lives (positively) through there music. But there is no particular person(s) that I idolize

Favourite club to do a set and why?

Well. I have only played at a few places in Sydney over the many years I’ve been coming, and a lot has changed since. Years ago, I would’ve said “Tank” because when it was managed by Antonio Zamberelli. It was an institution of music for Sydney. Today. I would have to say SHE is doing it big, and keeping that vibe strong

Favourite gig you've played to date?

My favorite gig to date would most definitely be “Sensation” in Santiago, Chile. The massive sound and audience, was breath taking to me. I was able to touch so many people at one time. I can’t wait to experience that again

We plan to break into your car - what can we expect to find in your CD player?

NOTHING!!!......LOL. I keep a very clean car

Is getting laid a big part of being a DJ?

Not for me. I have my ladies in Chicago already, so I’m cool on the road. I just want to have fun and play hot music. I like looking and flirting with Hot Girls though, and Australia has the most hottest girls. It’s fun

Cindy Lauper “Girls Just Want To Have Fun”. It’s my fav….Hahaha

The weirdest thing a fan has ever done?

A girl once wanted me to sign my name between her legs, and then put an arrow leading to her area. It was funny as hell, but of course I did it…..LOL!!

One thing you're willing to confess to your fellow Munkys?

I Love drinking Sambooka Shot’s while I DJ. I like to record during sex, and I Love to sometimes eat a Space Cake while in Amsterdam. But don’t tell anyone…..Shhhh
