The Blackdogs
About me
IM YOUR BLACK DOG - SO LET ME OFF MY LEASH BABY
Born in the back alleys of St Kilda, pimp as a father, funk as a mother, the blackdogs grew up feasting daily on a heady diet of rock, soul and diced beats. Now grown up Mark John (beats and yoghurt), Andrew De Silva (singing and dancing), Danny Destiny (sitar) and Zoe Badwi (wrapping, ouija board) alongside guests Glenn Reither on sax and Tony Kopa on tins set bins on fire where ever they growl. Plenty of toys and talking boxes on stage. Get down to the doghouse and experience the discoclash. New album "remote controlled" out soon.
Established in 2005 Black Dogs have prowled the nation tearing up festivals such as Summadayze, Parklife, Future Music and Stereosonic and savaging savvy fashionistas at Spring Racing stages at Caulfield Cup and Melbourne Cup Carnival. They continue to electrify audiences at events such as the Budweiser arena at Indycar and Qantas Paddock Club at the Australian Grand Prix right through to gala balls, product launches, openings, corporate and private parties with their distinctive breed of killer music.
