The DJ of choice at Trademark Hotel (Sydney’s best new nightclub for 2008) and Cabana Bar (Best Small Club Entertainment for 2009), it is little wonder that Steve Frank has become one of Sydney’s most sought after entertainers.
With a ‘no boring bits’ music policy, has supported international acts including Ashley Roberts (Pussycat Dolls), Bodyrox and Luciana. Steve has supported the best of Australia’s music scene, including Sam La More, Hook N Sling, Van She Tech, Timmy Trumpet, Tommy Trash, Aston Shuffle, TyDi, Stafford Brothers, Ajax, Bagraiders, John Course and The Potbelleez.
With Australia wide experience, Steve Frank has rocked at festivals like Ozfest, Unifest, Sundance, and successful club events like Boy Meetz Girl, Hush, French Kiss and SOHO Saturdays.

Who are your musical idols and inspirations?

Inpetto, Steve Angello, Pryda, Kaskade, Bingo Players, Fred Falke, Axwell, Stevie Wonder, Sebastien Ingrosso, Martin Solveig, Avicii, Lionel Richie, Moby, Benny Benassi, Joachim Garraud, Justice, Boys Noize and the almighty Michael Jackson.

Favourite club to do a set and why?

It may be small, but there's an unmistakable atmosphere at Moulin Rouge.

Favourite gig you've played to date?

My brother's wedding. Seriously.

We plan to break into your car - what can we expect to find in your CD player?

The 2010 Pacha CD, a bunch of Guetta, Laidback Luke and Chuckie's radio shows, and the 'Afterparty' mix CD that some chick left.

Getting laid is a great part of life, and DJing helps you live life to the fullest.

The weirdest thing a fan has ever done?

Every gig there's at least one guy that shakes your hand then looks around to see who saw it. When he realises no one gave a shit, he'll try again. YOU'VE SAID HI 8 TIMES NOW, WHAT THE F**K DO YOU WANT?

One thing you're willing to confess to your fellow Munkys?

At 13, I represented Australia in the World POG Championship in Hawaii.
