Sydney born Kristiano some would call "different", this young Dj is known for really getting a dance floor moving, and filling a room very quickly and getting the crowd wanting more. Hitting the clubbing scene in early 2007, Kristiano’s path took off very quickly and it has only been success from there Having played along side of some of Australia and the worlds best artists, he holds residency's at some of Sydney's Hottest clubs, this dj is weekly smashing out sets all over Sydney.
For the past four years Kristiano has been spining his tunes and his weird personality in and around Sydney clubs and events, As a Dj I don’t want to be just a machine, I cant handle listening to something that drags on, I like music that changes all the time. Kristiano has gained the respect as one of Sydney's most versatile and trusted artists.
Kristiano is know for his unique music style mixing electro ,house, disco, mash ups, rnb and classic house along with mixing in acapella’s and loops, when I play I like to play a bootleg over an original, a mash over a acapella, a remix over a classic, something different. I don’t just want to play what the guy before or after me is about to or already has, know for my friendly attitude towards the crowd, Kristiano is know for getting the crowds attention at the drop of a beat, “if the crowd is not dancing then I am not doing my job” Often know as cheese man, he laughs at the fact that he plays what the crowd wants to hear, with forceful vocals and bouncy basslines, he really can make a crowd erupt, his versatility and mind all contribute to one of his sets, what should we expect from one of Kristiano's Sets...... In less than 30 words, how would you describe your music?

I would describe my music as “ The Allens Party Mix “, all your favorites in one place , when I play I want to take people on a journey, something that is not what they expect.

Who are your musical idols and inspirations?

Axwell, A-Trak, Fedde Le Grand, Dirty South, Steve Angello, Chris Lake – I find inspiration in people that are willing to go that extra mile and create something amazing

Favourite club to do a set and why?

I have played at so many venues but the one, which stands out the most to me, is the Ivy, good vibe and just a overall good venue, plus there are so many different areas, each with its own style.

Favourite gig you've played to date?

I cant really say what my all time best gig has been , I can say that gigs that stand out in my mind are the one’s that everyone is getting into the music, you are having an amazing set , and everyone is there supporting you

We plan to break into your car - what can we expect to find in your CD player?

You could find anything, some old school rnb cds, one of my mixtapes or the new Barbie cd.

Your fool proof hangover cure?

A litre of water before going to bed and a berocca.

Is getting laid a big part of being a DJ?

For me no. I couldn’t think of anything worse then some drunk girl coming up and throwing themselves at you. There are some people out there that I guess it would be a big part of what they do it for, some people think they are rock stars but the reality is I do it because I love music.

One record you're embarrassed to admit you own?

There are a few goodies in my collection but I would have to say – Rebecca black “ Friday “ I think I should delete it ….

The weirdest thing a fan has ever done?

Well I wouldn’t really call her a fan, but there was girl that came weekly to see me play at a venue, and then one day she came over and asked me if I could hold her helmet …. Yes and she handed me a helmet, I took it off her and placed it on the ground behind me.

One thing you're willing to confess to your fellow Munkys?

I can speak fluent Italian
